Shipping Policy

Orders usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow 5-10 business days for ground shipments. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you, please do not call for them, our sales department does not have them, they are kept with shipping company. Overnight shipments will go out same day on any orders taken before 3:00 p.m. Arizona time. No Saturday deliveries on overnights. SS Inserts reserves the right to change the method of shipments from time to time to best serve our customers.
Claims/Shortage:
Carton shortages and damages must be reported to SS Inserts immediately, within 24 hours. Please have a description of the missing or damaged parts for reference when calling.
Return Goods Authorization:
Any products to be returned to SS Inserts must have a Return Authorization (RA#) number AND order number issued by SS Inserts.
This number MUST be visible on the outside of package returned, or package will be refused.
Any non-defective products returned to SS Inserts will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Electrical parts are non-refundable if taken out of sealed plastic.
Make sure you have correct parts for your vehicle BEFORE opening seals. All returns need to be sent prepaid; SS Inserts will not accept C.O.D. returns. Return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
SS Inserts will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. Special order products are not returnable such as Floor mats, Painted products, wheel skins, custom painted wheels, dash kits, etc. as these are custom made when ordered.
PLEASE NOTE: Any non-defective product, that qualified for free shipping, returned for refund will be assessed the original shipping charges incurred by.
SS Inserts is not responsible for faulty customer installations.
